Pillowtree Productions is a production company founded in Croatia in 2014. For over a decade, we have produced projects for international broadcasters, global brands, and leading production companies — building a reputation for creative excellence, reliable delivery, and an unmatched knowledge of Croatia as a filming destination.

Our foundation is traditional, full-service production: location scouting, crew coordination, on-the-ground management, and post-production for international clients shooting in Croatia. We’ve managed everything from large-scale commercial shoots for global brands to intimate documentary productions for major broadcasters.

Now, alongside our established services, we also offer AI-enhanced and fully AI-powered production — bringing the same creative standards and professional discipline to a new generation of tools. We don’t replace craft with technology. We apply a decade of production experience to everything we make, regardless of how it’s made.

Who We Are

Oleg Moskaljov

CEO | Filmmaker | Producer

Oleg brings over twenty years of visual storytelling to Pillowtree. He began his career as a professional photographer and photojournalist, working across editorial, commercial, and documentary photography before transitioning into film production. As a line producer and production manager, he has overseen international shoots in Croatia for broadcasters and global brands, managing crews, logistics, and on-the-ground operations. In recent years, Oleg has expanded into AI-powered production, developing a structured pipeline and methodology for generative content that covers creative direction, workflow organization, and quality control. He leads the company’s production operations and creative technology strategy.

Kristina Moskaljov

Storyteller / Producer

Kristina has spent a decade producing international projects in Croatia, serving as the primary point of contact for foreign production companies, agencies, and brands filming in the country. Her work has spanned commercial production, branded content, and television — managing client relationships, budgets, schedules, and local logistics for productions involving crews and stakeholders from across Europe and beyond. She is also a published writer, bringing a narrative sensibility to everything Pillowtree produces. Kristina leads the company’s client relationships, business development, and creative storytelling.
